I tried Winsor Pilates once. DH even tried it. I thought it was difficult to do. But, it would probably be easier if I stuck to it for a week or so. Hmm, maybe I'll give it a try again if I can find it.
I do the winsor pilates. I enjoy it. I feel so stretched afterwards. I know I can do crunches on my stability ball all day and not be able to tell..I can do 20 minutes of pilates and call really feel it
