i didnt' see this topic for today so i am adding it...let's see what's been on the menu today


Breakfast--
Snack--
Lunch--
Snack--
Dinner--
Snack--

Water--

Exercise--

Breakfast-- quaker oat maple squares cereal w/ 1% milk, 1/3 orange
Snack--
Lunch-- ground chicken burger on multi grain bread with shredded cheddar cheese & few bites of hamburger helper
Snack-- 1/2 apple
Dinner-- broccoli beef over parboiled rice
Snack-- nonfat plain yogart with banana, strawberries and granola

Water-- uh...oooooops! gotta go get some huh

Breakfast-- Honeynut Cherrios, 1/2% milk on top, Yogurt
Snack-- Hummus & whole wheat pita
Lunch-- Black bean burrito, whole wheat tortilla
Snack-- Apple slices
Dinner-- Grilled chicken breast, peppers


Water--60oz

Exercise-- Cardio kickboxing
