seems like it for some of the other girls as well.

I weigh each morning cause i love my scale and the battery is yet again dead lol. But i did get my weigh in at 187.6, back to wehere i was before dh came home, and 2 lbs away from where i was before i gained those 2 lbs...So my next mini goal is to get below 185 consistently.

I knwo we shouldn't weigh each morning, but hey i can't help it. I don't get mad though if i show a little heavier or no change...i know it's all coming! So basically since the beginning of November till now, i have lost 10 lbs...cool

i posted a recent pic, im going to take some pictures in a work out outfit, so that i can compare it like 15 lbs from now

That's awesome! I sometimes weigh myself daily...but get discouraged when I don't see the weight coming off. I need to figure out how to do measurements...

I have to admit, i do too...i just wanna see what getting rid of waste can do for weight. Sometimes it's good and others no big difference lol.

im starting to be okay with the scale not going down or going up slightly depending on if I know i lifted weights or did extra work on my muscles. My weight always seems to increase...OR if i know i've been a bad girl taking in sodium, then i start drinking tons of water to help flush out the retained water.
