Breakfast-- Honeynut Cherrios, 1/2% milk on top, Banana
Snack-- Yogurt
Lunch--Chicken salad, Red wine Vinegar dressing, feta
Snack--Hummus and Pita
Dinner-- Spinach Tortilini, Peas, Onions, Red sauce
Snack--Apple slices

Water--40oz

Exercise--2 mile walk

Breakfast-- quaker oats maple squares with 1% milk
Snack--
Lunch-- grilled chicken wrap w/ a dab of ranch (lettuce and tomato)
Snack-- string cheese
Dinner-- cola chops, uncle bens wild rice & string beans
Snack-- cocoa almonds & tangerine

Water-- 32 oz

Exercise-- 1 hour bfx (weights) group training & 25 minutes elliptical
