I have finally had the guts to get measured at the gym today. Luckily nothing has gone up, BUT i have had no change in my arms, tummy and thighs. Since i started this journey i've only lost 1 inch in my thighs, 1/2 in one arm and 1 in the other. My tummy did get i believe 4 inches...but that's it. This is soooo annoying....
Overall my stubborn body parts are my arms and legs. I keep losing my chest...Lord knows i dont' need that yet lol
My stubborn areas are my middle section and arms. I'm shaped so weird. I have skinny legs, no butt, middle/top heavy. It's very annoying and I always seem to loose my boobs as well. I think it's standard.
It's hard to say just yet since I just started losing some weight... but from what I remember before I never had a flat tummy and I have saddle bags on my thighs that never seem to go away.. they just get smaller.. but they are always there.
