I am not really an exercise person. I think that I am going to start working harder at fitting little things in here and there. I really want to work out regularly because I want to wear a swimsuit this summer. I haven't worn one in years. But I am having a hard time fitting it all in.

I agree it can be a pain- I've many of times planned to do this great exercise routine and never go through with it... but I do know that in order to lose the weight in a healthy way that will help it to stay off is to excercise so it is important to try to fit in as much as you can throughout the day- especially something cardiovascular....
though this is the pot calling the kettle black though- because I can't seem to fit it into my schedule either
