Breakfast-- bacon and scrambled eggs w/ bell peppers and onions & no sugar added applesauce
Snack--
Lunch-- grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat sandwich thins and bell peppers and onions, pirates booty puffed air snacks
Snack-- strawberry banana smoothie w/ light silk plain & protein scoop
Dinner-- pork ragout with veggie medley (zucchini squash) & sweet potatoes w/ brown rice
Snack-- sf jello pudding
Water--40 oz so far
Exercise-- looking forward to doing 1 hour on my new bike

Lunch-- 1 cup collard greens, applesauce
Snack-- beef and cheese stick
Dinner-- 1 cup chicken salad, 1 slice WW bread, 1 chinese rib.. a little piece of my dad's b-day cake
Snack--100 calorie pringles
Water--16.9 oz, working on that!
Exercise-- bellydance dvd, 80 jumping jacks, 20 minute cardio workot
Comments/Thoughts-- Feeling a little unmotivated but I'm sure the feeling will pass!

Breakfast-- USUAL - breakfast in the car
Snack-- 2 tangerines
Lunch-- teriyaki chicken (that was a rip off! Teriyaki tastes different, but our work cafe cooked some pieces of chicken and labelled teriyaki!! they were nasty) and string beans
Snack-- none
Dinner-- lettuce, carrots & pineapple
Snack--
Water-- 56oz so far
Exercise-- walked briskly for 2 miles outside. Took an hour or so

Lunch--pb and simply fruit on whole wheat, 1/2 oz chips, 1/2 apple, 6 oz Dr Pepper
Snack-- 8 apple cinnamon Quakes, light string cheese
Dinner-- grilled hamburger (lean beef), veggies
Snack-- 12 Teddy Grahams
Water-- 56oz so far
Exercise-- 60 min walking
Comments/Thoughts-- DH is home from work since it's a holiday, so we'll see what exercise I can wrangle him into doing

Snack-- a banana and a slice of wheat peanut butter toast
Lunch--Tuna salad made with onions, green peppers, hard boiled eggs and light mayo, in a wheat tortilla with diced tomato
Snack-- Yogurt
Dinner-- cheeseburger macaroni, corn, and green beans
Snack--
Water--72 ounces
Exercise-- 30 Day shred level one

Lunch-- 1 whole wheat tortilla, 6 slices of turkey, 1 cup of brussel sprouts
Snack-- 1 clementine
Dinner-- 1 cup of whole wheat speghetti, 4 oz Talapia, 1 cup of salad with a sprinkle of vinegrette
Snack-- banana
Water-- 4 cups so far
Exercise-- Shred Day1 20 minutes, WiiFit 30 minutes balance, Power90 Sculpt 38 minutes Total Minutes= 88 minutes
Comments/Thoughts-- So excited about adding 30 day shred to my workout routine.

Snack--cottage cheese and peach
Lunch--vegetable soup and 2 slices 7 grain bread
Snack--chicken and brown rice
Dinner--grilled chicken salad with fat free cheese, lots of veggies, and fat free dressing, and whole wheat crackers
Snack--cereal with skim milk and 2 slices 7 grain toast
Water--128 ounces
Exercise--Shoulders & Abs--33 minutes; Treadmill-1 mile--22 minutes; Stretch--15 minutes
Comments/Thoughts--DH being home for the weekend and it being a long weekend has really screwed up my motivation to stick to healthy eating and exercise. I'm only half working when I do a workout this weekend and it is totally sucking! I am determined to not let DH sidetrack me again today like he has the past two days!!!

Snack—Yoplait light/fat free key lime pie yogurt
Lunch—bowl of chicken & rice soup & turkey/mont. Jack cheese sand. On 7 grain bread
Snack—rasp cereal bar
Dinner— homemade cheeseburgers and oven fries ( I actually had a vegge burger because dh burned the burgers..lol)
Snack-- skinny cow ice cream sandwich
Water—100oz of water
Exercise—15 minute walk on treadmill & 20 minutes elliptical machine, 18 min. walk outside and 20 minute 30 day shred. Totaling 73 minutes

Breakfast-- Cheese Danish and 16 oz. cappucino
Snack-- none
Lunch-- shrimp and crab frittata and beer bread with dip + half a can of Pepsi
Snack-- other half of my can of Pepsi
Dinner-- Spinach and mixed greens salad with broccoli, green and red peppers, carrots, onions, shredded cheese, french fries and deer steak on top with italian dressing. Peanut butter and chocolate covered pretzel for desert.

Water-- 16 oz so far
Exercise-- 3.06 miles/ 35 minutes on the treadmill
Comments/Thoughts-- Distance and time PR for this second try at running!

Snack--100 cal pack of keebler cookies Lunch--2 egg whites on 1 tortilla with 2 strips of turkey bacon and 1 tbsp of salsa
Snack--100 cal york sticks
Dinner--1 cup of mex rice and 1 cup of chicken mole
Snack--salad
Water--3 cups so far (60oz)
Exercise--bike 50 mins and free weights with 3lb weights
Comments/Thoughts--pretty drained today dont really feel like doing anything.
