Hi! I am a new mommy to a daughter born in September. Before I got pregnant, I ran on my treadmill every day for about 6 months. When I got pregnant though, I had terrible morning sickness, which would not allow me to work out at all. So now, I am back on that horse and I feel GREAT! I love running again, and it helps me deal with life stresses in tremendous ways. Last night I ran 3 miles without stopping...granted it was at a snails pace, but hey...it's an improvement from the day before. I love seeing progress, if not on the scale then at least in the way that I feel.

Anyway...enough about me. I am looking forward to being inspired by all of you lovely ladies!

Welcome to the club!

3 miles non stop is awesome for just jumping back on the band wagon.

You'll get results before you know it, and it is SO amazing to feel good from exercising!

Hi and welcome!

I'm Ana, looking to lose another 20 somewhat pounds. It's funny that you should say that morning sickness prevented you from continuing because I think that's what killed my motivation to keep working out while pregnant. I had even bought 2 pregnancy workout videos.. but then the morning sickness hit me at around 8wks and didnt' stop until 8months. With the constant visit to the ER for fluids and medication to keep my daughter inside.. I became very unfit... and then of coarse I wanted another baby.. so as soon as I finished BFing my daughter I got pregnant with my son.. and yes.. once again.. morning sickness for the first 6months... so yeah.. not such a good experience.. anyway.. enough chit chat... I started at about 170lbs.. and am down to 152 since I joined this group of wonderful ladies.

Hope you like it here and hope that we can provide each other support.
