Hi ladies.

Today is Saturday.. and a Rest day for me. Please let me know if you are going to Rest today or tommorow so I can jot it down. If you are working out today.. Give it your all !!

O/T but how long did it take your power 90 stuff to get in? I ordered mine on the 17th and they said it ships in 1-2 days and would send another email but nothing. They have already taken it out of my bank. I mean even if they waited until the 20th [after the weekend and MLK] I should have got something saying they sent it. I wanna start!! LOL

I dont' remember.. it's been years since I ordered it.. lol I'm going to order my p90x either today or tommorow.. but i'm hearing it takes a week or so to get it.

So you are going to do P90 and Shred too? are you as mad as i am?. lol

Not today. I'm totally sore after doing it and upping my weights by 10-15 lb at the gym yesterday...

I'll get it done tomorrow though.

So I'm gonna be a total sissy and call today my rest day.
