lol @ Pamala -- with my luck I'd get on one of those monster tredmills, trip and roll off the machine..

I've never ran on a tredmill before (they are made for tall people and I always feel like a 5yr old stepping on one of them .. the controls are always set so high

.. I might opt for elliptical running.. but we'll see. I'll give the old tredmill a shot.
I'm planning on going their tonight.
Thanks for the advice Teresa... and for sure i'll be taking it slow.. only way I can take at the moment.. lol I havent' ran in forever. To think that at my peak I used to run my 2miles for the Physical fitness test in a little over 15mins.
