Last weeks weight: 150

This weeks weight: 149 ( I got to see 148 a few days ago.. but I haven't seen it again since. lol )

Change: 1 lb loss

Feelings: Although I would have loved to see 148 today, it's all good. I'll take the pound loss.

Overall Goal: Still aiming for 130lbs so I can really start working to the body I want.

Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 182.4

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 180.8

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure --

Change-- - 1.6

Feelings-- I feel good~ I wanted to be less, but hey that's hot! AF still in the building for another day or 2.

Overall Goal / Results-- don't wanna say it's a 30 lb loss yet till i am in the lower 180 (minus the .8) then i will celebrate. I am going to work hard this week to get to 179...aw man i can taste it...it tastes gooooooooooooooooooooooooooood~

**i notice that because i weigh in every day, my results on friday don't seem good, till i compare it to what my last week's weigh in was...that's one downfall of weighing every day..but now that i see that i did lose almost 2 lbs in a week. I am ecstatic lol

Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 184.6

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 183

Change-- 1.6

Feelings-- Totally shocked! This time because i barely exercised this week...total walk was like a mile or so (all week) did some minor 8 minutes Taebo's here and there BUT lived on vegetables. Good breakfast, then caesar salad (without cheese or dressing, just leaves and croutons plus water), and mainly had baby carrots for dinner (save one evening when i had rice and beef!) I was however completely busy with school assignments, classes, work; and three sick children!
Guess I am running ahead of my target - which is motivating! Hopefully by end of February I will be in the 170's (fingers crossed)

Cant wait for my ticker to get off Trinity's face

Overall Goal / Results-- 15lbs down so far in 2 months (Dec. & Jan), starting Month three!

Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 205.8

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 204

Change-- 1.8 pounds

Feelings-- This is working. It's really working. As long as I watch what I eat I lose! I've even cheated a few times and was very lazy about exercise the past week I still lost. It's all about portion control for me! Clothes that I had stopped wearing are fitting again! I'm very happy!

Overall Goal / Results-- My first goal is 20 pounds lost by my boys first birthday- May 1st. I am way ahead of goal. Once I make that I will set another goal.
Total lost = 10.6 pounds in 5 weeks.

Last weeks weight / body fat %--I'm just going to start recording this week.

This weeks weight / body fat %--202

Feelings--Yesterday, the scale said 205, so I guess that's pretty good. My scale, I don't think, will be that accurate since I'm breastfeeding, and it depends on how much milk I've got at the time. However, it will still give a decent reading.

Overall Goal / Results-- overall goal is 135 pounds

Change--3 lbs

Feelings-- I know that I can do better than this...not that I'm not pleased with the 3 lbs, that's enough for me. I just know that I barely exercised and I could eat better. I need to rededicate myself already!

Overall Goal / Results-- I want to lose 10 lbs by March 1st. (maybe even by Valentine's day ?)
Long term goal---I want to lose 30 lbs by sometime this summer. that's when my 20th high school reunion is! agggg!

Feelings-- Good, although on wednesday I was at 175 but I've eaten terribly the past two days, so its to be expected.

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 212

Change-- 1.8lbs

Feelings-- Happy! I've stop letting myself feel pressured to produce numbers and move the scale and it's happening anyway. I've eaten really well this week and done some exercise and it's paying off. Now I need to keep it up a notch so it keeps happening.

Overall Goal / Results-- Around 60 more pounds to loose

Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 160 (clothed)

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 156.2

Change-- loss of 3.8 pounds (a little less since I was clothed for that first measurement)

Feelings-- I am psyched!! I haven't weighed less than 160 in several years

Overall Goal / Results-- I just want to stop being jiggly and squishy and in better shape for myself and my kids.

Feelings-- im going to weigh in again tomorrow morning BEFORE i eat. i also dont have a very reliable scale and need to get one. im not upset at no loss, i feel healthier and i know it will come.

Girl are you CRAZEEEE? You lost 3 lbs! In 1 week...that's awesome. 2 lbs is usually the most, sometimes it's possible to lose more healthily. If you barely exercised then you did one heck of a job. Just make sure you're eating enough and improve what you are eating.. Be proud girly..i'm proud of you!

Change-- Lost 1.4 lbs last week

Feelings-- I know it is a respectable amount but I was expecting more. blah.

Overall Goal / Results-- down 3.8 lbs in 2 weeks. again, now that is respectable and safe amount but feels sooooooooo slow.

Last weeks weight / body fat %--198.8 pounds / 16%

This weeks weight / body fat %--198.4 pounds / 15%!!!!!!!

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure --Just down a couple of inches

Change--Down .4 pounds and 1% body fat, but that translates to a loss of 2.048 pounds of fat and a gain of 1.648 pounds of muscle.

Feelings--Thrilled!!! 15% body fat was a goal of mine for a long time and now I'm there. My next goal is 12% and I'm well on my way. That minimum of 2 miles I walk around campus everyday is really paying off I guess.

Overall Goal / Results--12% body fat. I'm officially down from 210 pounds and 46% body fat, which is a loss of 66.84 pounds of fat and a gain of 55.24 pounds of muscle.

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 193.2

Inches/Measurements if you prefer to measure -- lost about 10 inches since last month

Change-- .2 lbs down

Feelings-- I am happy because all week I was at 195.0 and I finally was able to get he weigth back off. So I'm happy, plus my clothes are getting loose and I've lost 10 inches or so in the past month. So I'm thrilled.

Overall Goal / Results-- 13lbs down, 10 inches lost.
