Breakfast - eggbeater, ff shred cheddar cheese, 1 oz chicken & 1/4 c tomato omelet ... sf french van cafe
Snack - light string cheese
lunch- lean cuisine panini
Snack - strawberries, apple, grape and mandarin fruit salad
Dinner - lime steak, broccoli and roasted red potatoes
Snack - skinny cow ice cream sammich

Water -working on 40

Exercise - 1 hour step aerobics, 10 minutes strength training

Breakfast -pb and j on whole wheat, pomegranite/blueberry juice
Snack -2 mini peppermint patties, grapes/blueberries/blackberries, choc skim milk
lunch-whole wheat spaghetti and meatballs, skim milk
Snack -homemade trail mix: raisins, almonds/nuts, dark chocolate, mg cheerios
Dinner -enchilada bake (with ww tortillas), salad w/light ranch, skim milk
Snack -chocolate mousse Yoplait, Fiber One bar

Water -96 ounces +

Exercise - can't yet

Comments/Thoughts -I really wanted to start walking a bit, but I keep overdoing it with my incision. Ugh!

lunch- pb & simply fruit on ww, 1/2 oz chips, apple, 6oz Dr Pepper
Snack - light string cheese
Dinner - salad, shrimp, French fries, roll
Snack - 2 cookies

Water - 56 oz

Exercise - 2.5 mile walk

Breakfast - Yoplait Light Strawberries 'N Bananas
Snack - 2 small apples
lunch- 10" ham italian (ate half)
Snack - ate other half of italian
Dinner - Made pork with salsa and corn...with smart taste rotini
Snack -

Water - 70ozs

Exercise - 20 minutes of cardio

Comments/Thoughts - *phew* I'm out of shape!

Breakfast - special k cinn pecan with light and fit straw yogurt approx 160calories with 1 cup inst capp 100cal (had to have it today)
Snack - couple pieces of dried apple
lunch- chicken and spinach quasadillas, pepsi,
Snack -
Dinner -taco salad with only one shell
Snack - ww fudge bar, handfull of raisins

Water -48oz so far another 16 oz

Exercise - 30 day shred, 15 minute walk pulling the wagon, 10 min level 2 30 day shred again

Comments/Thoughts - I'm doing awful today.

Breakfast - oi ve......DH went to McDs early this morn cause our niece stayed over. he got us all breakfast. it was a sweet thought so i ate it. 450 cals 30 g fat......

Snack -
lunch- lots of salad, very little dressing or anything else.
Snack -
Dinner - at my mums so i dont know but i will eat LIGHT!

Exercise - 15 min ab workout

Comments/Thoughts I NEED CARDIO! UGH Going out tonight so im going to declare myself designated driver so i dont pack on the calories with alcohol. i'll have one.

Breakfast - 1 cup cinnamon life cereal 1/2 cup skim milk
Snack -
lunch- five cheese lasagna (lean cuisine) & 8 oz diet cherry pepsi
Snack - 1 cup of golden graham cereal (told ya i love my cereal lol)
Dinner -
Snack -

Water - I better start drinking some water, I've had hardly any all day. Only had a couple sips when I took a pill for my cold

Exercise - 2 hours of grocery shopping, 3 miles on treadmill (20 minutes walking 4 mph and 20 minutes running 5 mph), 30 day shred

Lunch: chicken bratwurst w/ketchup & mustard, salad w/thousand island dressing & cottage cheese
Dinner: 1 1/2 sloppy joes on whole grain bread, salad w/thousand island dressing & cottage cheese
Snack: Vitabrownie

Water: 30 oz

Exercise: none yet

Thoughts: It's been a long day. Didn't get much sleep last night because Logan has an ear infection so I might not work out.
