unfortunately there's no way to spot reduce fat, but if you do bicycle crunches and other oblique moves (oblique twists) etc... it'll help build the muscle and with cardio and eating a lean diet you will lose the weight. My weight happens to come off of my waist and stomach first, which is probably where it was deposited last. My problem area are my thighs.

Yup. Eat healthy most of the time, work out a few times a week, and stick around these ladies!! Mine are going away!

Cardio, cardio, cardio!!! Cardiovascular exercise is the only way to burn fat. And unfortunately, you can't pick where it comes from. But if you stick with it, you will lose it all over eventually.
