And i still have 400 calories left! I just ate dinner about 30 minues ago. All ihad was some healthy choice soup. Defintely filled me up! However i was planning on eating a few snacks to put me at at least 1200, i don't think i can lol. I'd rather be under than over!

UGH!!! You've got to eat!!! Under will cause you to store fat!!!!!! If you are that far under, especially!!!!! You need to start eating some higher calorie stuff instead of just "diet" food if you aren't getting enough calories. Add in some whole grain crackers or bread with your soup if you really want to stick to the soup. Add some grilled chicken to it, too. If you don't add in the extra calories to get you up to where your body needs to be, you'll end up slowing down your metabolism and causing more problems instead of getting heathier.

yeah i ended up eating a banana and a piece of string cheese.Still didn't quite put me where i needed to be calorie wise but I'll know for next time lol
