Last Week

Quit stressing about exercise.
Focus on school work
Get on JM more because I need the stress relief!!!! I was able to get here a couple of days this week, so I'm happy.

This Week

Try to at least do 1 exercise video daily. (I have to make sure I do the new ones I just bought!)
Keep up with school work and don't get behind!!!
Drink at least 96 ounces of water a day.

I didn't have any goals last week.

This week:
~Drink 96 ounces of water daily.
~Try to get in 2 days of walking this week depending on c-section incision pain.
~Do preschool with Aiden at least three days.

Last week:
~ 6 days of 30 day shred
~ 3 days of Cardio Max
~ 3 days of ab work
~ 2 days of strength training
~ 90 + ounces of water daily
~ avoid temptation to buy junk during my monthly shopping trip
~ eat healthy when we do eat out that day :cheer

OT goals
~ organize kids books and clothes (last room to reorganize since the New Year! I've done awesome so far!)
~ file taxes (if I get my W-2)
~ Finalize grocery shopping list
~ bathe all 3 dogs (only got to one of them)


I'll add my goals for this week in a few hours. Time to leave for church!

This week:
~ 6 days of the 30 day shred
~ 3 days of ab work
~ 3 days of strength training
~ BL Yoga DVD (at least once....haven't even looked at it yet)
~ 3 days of BL CardioMax

~Hopefully order my treadmill and laptop
~Catch up on my mountain of laundry (if my tax return gets here....still need a dryer!)
~Clip the puppy's nails
~ bathe the bigger two dogs
~Give worm meds to all three dogs and both cats.

I didn't do them last week-I've been on a "WL vacation", back at it this week!

This week's goals:
track daily--even when I'm snacky, when I don't want to, when we're travelling
drink 6 cups of water each day
get 3 miles on my ticker this week-up to 21.5 by next Sunday

Last week goals:
~50 ounces of water per day
~7 days of some kind of exercise
~At least 45 mins of exercise all 7 days (will most likely be mainly from my Wii Fit)
~Eat less then 1500 calories every day (I have trouble on the weekends)
~Try to get in 50 grams of protein per day
~Lose 2 pounds this week (Lost 3, Yay!)

This week goals:
~60 ounces of water per day
~7 days of some kind of exercise
~At least 45 mins of exercise all 7 days
~Try to get 60 grams of protein per day
~Lose 2 pounds this week
~Eat more veggies

Off topic:
~No snipping at dh for stupid things
~Do something special for dh for Valentines Day
~Catch up on household chores
~Start reading my bible more
