Breakfast-- 1 red delicious apple with 2 tbsp natural peanut butter - & sf french vanilla coffee

Another sucky day

Dinner/Lunch - went to Hibachi grill "Wasabi" got the chicken and shrimp w/ fried rice and veggies. Ate 3 california rolls and a salad.

snack - pc of bday cake w/ sf ice cream

Water-- 40 oz (estimating i've had a lot)

Exercise-- not yet

Breakfast--Egg Beaters, turkey bacon, 2 slices 7 grain toast and strawberry all fruit spread
Snack--smoothie (2 scoops vanilla protein powder, banana, 6 strawberries, 8 ounces orange juice)
Lunch--grilled chicken salad, steak, baked potato with fat free sour cream, roll
Snack--skipped, getting ready to go out to dinner with DH so I figured I'd save the calories for that meal.
Dinner--
Snack--

Water--64 ounces

Breakfast--pb and j french toast (whole wheat bread), pom/blueberry juice
Snack--banana
Lunch--Chinese buffet with family (didn't do that great, lots of fried foods), water
Snack--Frappucino
Dinner--whole wheat meat lasagna, cheesy broccoli, garlic bread, skim milk
Snack--either two 100 calorie cakes or a skinny cow ice cream dessert

Water--

Exercise--can't do yet

Thoughts--ummm...a cheat day. LOL

Breakfast-- granola bar, banana
Snack-- 100 calorie fudgesicle
Lunch--Lean cuisine ( chicken alfredo), 1/2 chicken wing
Snack--valentine little debbie (1)
Dinner-- t-bone steak, sweet potato, 1/2 cup pinto beans
Snack-- no sugar added applesauce

Water-- trying to make it to 120 oz


Exercise-- No more rest days for me! Exercise dvd, jogging, arm lifts, leg lifts, heavy cleaning

comments: I gained 2 lbs last week, i'm not gaining anymore!

Breakfast-- Mushroom, spinach and egg white omelet w/ 1 oz feta cheese. I piece ww toast
Snack-- 1 cup air popcorn
Lunch-- subway on 9 grain (6in) no mayo/oil. Loaded with veggies
Snack-- hummus w/ ww naan
Dinner-- Grilled chicken w/ veggies
Snack-- skinny cow

Water-- 67.6 oz

Exercise-- shred, power 90, walking = 105 min

Snack-- 1 piece of frozen chocolate mousse (homemade)
