Breakfast: patrick went to ihop after work and brought home pancakes...so I had a pancake
Snack: two prunes some celery
Lunch: spinach and mushroom omelet
Snack: some yogurt raisins, celery
Dinner: beef lettuce wraps YUMMO
Snack: leftover salad LOL

Water: 4 16oz glasses so far
Exercise: none yet

Comments/feelings: i need to get back into the swing of exercising...just being a weanie about hurting my shin again lol

Breakfast--whole wheat English muffin with egg, cheese, turkey ham, pom/blueberry juice
Snack-skim cappucino
Lunch--grilled chicken/fruit/whole grain crouton/cheese/lettuce/Asian salad
Snack--homemade trail mix (almonds, raisins, dark chocolate, mg cheerios), blackberries
Dinner--whole wheat meat lasagna, veggie salad w/ light ranch, 1 breadstick, skim milk
Snack--Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich, banana

water-128 oz

exercise-15 minute (1 mile) WATP

Feelings--I feel great! This is the first time I've exercised in months!

BREAKDOWN
fruits/veggies-8 or 9 servings
protein-5 servings
grains-6 servings

Okay, I guess we need to try this again!LOL
Breakfast: 1 cup special k cinn. pecan cereal, 1 cup 1% milk, 1/2 banana
Snack: 1 pc ww toast, butter spray, jelly
Lunch: lite yogurt, weight watcher chicken enchiladas, 1 lite turkey dog
Snack: 5 teddy bear cookies
Dinner: chicken breast, rice, veggie mixture, corn
Snack: fat free icecream, banana, fat free cool whip

Water: I saw that water was one of our weekly challenges so I'm going to try to up mine a lot! okay ....48 oz for today but I was aiming for more.
Exercise: 33 min elip. trainer and bike, 120 crunches, hand weights for arms, 10 min weight machines

Dinner: 2 slices of Little Caesar $5 pizza 520
Sauce 45

Snack: Nada

Water: 40oz
Exercise: Cardio kickboxing, 200 crunches

Comments/feelings: Started AF... enough said

Lunch: 2 ribs, 1c salad, 1/4 brown rice/couscous
Snack: 4 pieces of chocolate (they are evil)
Dinner: 4oz Talapia, 1/2c brown rice/couscous, 1c mixed veggies
Snack: nothing (too much chocolate today)

Water: 4cups

Exercise: 30day shred, 2mile walk

yeah i think i fille dthis out 2

but here

Breakfast: you crunch yogurt with half bannana and orange juice
Snack: nothing
Lunch: half tuna sub on lite sub roll and ff mayo and skim milk
Snack: apple
Dinner: the other half of my sandwhich tuna and apple juice
Snack: unsure

Water: 20oz

Exercise:

Comments/feelings: i am in school all day today so filled out ahead of time

Breakfast: Weight control maple & brown sugar oatmeal, 1/2 cup skim milk
Snack:
Lunch: lean cuisine salisbury steak, 1/2 an acorn squash w/ 1 tbs light butter
Snack: 15 honey mustard pretzel bites
Dinner: homemade lasagna (small portion) and small salad w/ light italian dressing (haven't eaten this yet I'm so excited though I love lasagna!!!!!)
Snack:

Water: 8 oz
Exercise: 30 day shred Level 3, 40 minutes walking on treadmill 4 mph

Comments/feelings: getting frustrated. weight is NOT coming off. I WILL NOT give up!!!!!!!!!!! I can do this!!!!!!!!

as long as I am not going crazy lol

Breakfast: 1/2 cup egg beaters w/ ff shredded cheddar & 1.3 oz turkey polska ssg
Snack: apple
Lunch: lemon pepper tuna sensations sandwich on whole grain bread, w/ baby spinach and tomato slice, & live active pudding
Snack: grapes
Dinner: bell peppers, chicken, broccoli & brown rice
Snack: skinny cow ice cream sandwich, multi grain cheerios w/ skim milk

Water: 80
Exercise: 42 minutes bike

Comments/feelings: no more weekend cheats for a while

Breakfast: Yoplait yogurt (french vanilla) and a peanut butter granola bar

Snack: n/a

Lunch: medium beef and cheddar combo from Arby's (my one cheat meal for the week)

Snack: ranch flavored wheat thins

Dinner: Wheat tortilla with grilled chicken, spinach leaves, lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers, mushroom, a bit of LF cheese, and ranch dressing.

Snack: Yoplait yogurt (Banana creme pie) and a light fudge bar


Water: 93 ounces

Exercise: 30 day shred, 200 crunches

Comments/feelings: I went light on breakfast and skipped the morning snack because we were really busy and I knew we were eating out somewhere so I tried to balance it out.

Exercise: 20 min cardio 20 minutes strength training (using sparkepeople)

Comments/feelings: I'm feeling pretty good about this. I need to start eating more often though...

How do I count in the juice that I drank this afternoon? Would I count that as a snack?
