I also try not to buy anything that I feel I may binge on. I have terrible self control. The only thing left that I could binge on would be my protein bars. They are absolutely delicious and the closest thing I've had to candy in a while. But they're also very expensive so my cheap side keeps me from indulging.
I might eat double what I should sometimes, of a lowfat treat. But my problem is when I let myself "cheat". Like this weekend, we went out for Val. day dinner and I thought I could eat what I want, just a lesser amount. Well...that did not work. Every time I let myself cheat...I pig out!
exactly! If I know it will tempt me I don't buy it!!!! Or make it!!! If I binge on anything it's cereal. I'm a cereal addict!! Raisin bran crunch is my FAVORITE!!! I used to love Capt'n crunch but thats so sugary I don't buy it...I sure do missit!!

i have that problem sometimes, but i have gotten so conditioned where i don't binge on em. I remember when i would get ice cream and just keep eating more and more. I do have cookies in my cabinet and chips that have been there for over a month.
I do have to have a sweet each day or else i will binge
I buy a bag of hershey kisses and allow myself up to three of them throughout the day....or else a skinny cow treat, or a light fudge bar. If I don't....then I'm going to binge. I usually do want more, but I just tell myself I can have it again tomorrow. I'll be honest though....I didn't used to be this way. It's really a state of mind. I had no self control before.
