my husband cooked an awesome dinner tonight I think it was really healthy too!
We had beef cutlets (probably would have been healthier with chicken, eh) he put onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper on them and pan grilled them. Then he sauteed onion, garlic, fresh basil. Cut the cutlets into strips and put it all on a big lettuce leaf with some tomato. A bit of fat free ranch! TA DA Omg it was SO good. I didn't think it would be but it is SO good. I'm eating it for lunch again tomorrow.
