i weigh myself ALL the time! When i weigh heavier during that time, i know it's AF so i don't mind.

i just learned this lesson! i joined here last tuesday and ALL week had af and was weighing in at 135. yesterday at beginning of BL i weighed in at 134. this morning af is totally gone and suddenly im 132! im happy, but now i know it was af.

I do or should I say did today and I went up two pounds from yesterday!!! this is my first AF in a year so I guess I know or hope this is what the gain is from.

I do. I weigh all the time. I haven't really noticed much of an increase during AF...maybe a pound.

yup. I also retain water at ovulation time like clock work but I weigh myself anyway. It makes for a much better week the next week when I lose that water weight.

I weigh myself everyday so yeah I was actually lighter this morning and i'm on day2 of AF... if anything I just notice a pound diff in either direction.
