Lunch: 1 pc whole wheat meat lasagna, water
Snack: yogurt, veggie salad w/light ranch
Dinner: Quiznos bourbon chicken on wheat w/veggies, 1/2 small bag Sun Chips, skim milk
Snack: Skinny cow ice cream sandwich

Water: 96 ounces
Exercise: none

Comments/feelings: I shouldn't have weighed myself this morning. I didn't like the number.

Dinner:TBL spirals pasta and TBL main event marinara with TBL meatballs

Comments/feelings: really groggy and tired. and yes i know my meals are all discombobulated

Breakfast--1/4 of a sausage biscuit at school and orange juice
Snack--1/4 of a sausage biscuit at school (eating another part of it between classes) and cranberry grape juice
Lunch--
Snack--
Dinner--
Snack--

Water--32 ounces so far

Exercise--Walking around campus

Thoughts--I hate running late for school and having to stop and grab something. I have this old country store between my house and school and they make their own sausage and homemade biscuits. I couldn't resist a sausage biscuit this morning. I'm balancing it out my only eating part of it as breakfast and part of it as a snack and I'll give the rest to my dog when I get home. Plus I'm drinking juice with it so I at least have some fruits. But my breakfast smoothie would have been better for me. LOL

Dinner: lean cuisine delux pizza (still thinking about what to go with it)
Snack: light and fit smoothie

Comments/feelings: Not a great day today but OK. Running around school have to take a 3 hr final exam and then I am watching the girls that I nanny for overnight tonight, so its kind of a grab and eat day.

Breakfast: 2 slices of wheat toast with fat free spray butter and 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack: peanut butter granola bar and a Yoplait yogurt (Banana cream pie)

Lunch: Brown rice, grilled chicken, green peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli and a tiny bit of soy sauce. SO YUMMY!

Snack: Pretzels

Dinner: beef pasta (hamburger helper type deal) corn, peas and baked beans

Snack: Yoplait yogurt (Boston Cream Pie) and an apple


Water: 102 ounces

Exercise: 30 day shred lvl3, 200 crunches, BL Yoga lvl 1

total points = 27 - I need to fit in 2 more points today. Probably will slpurge and have some baked potato chips

Breakfast: 2 special k waffles, sf syrup, butter spray, coffee, 1 t creamer, 1 t. sugar
Snack:
Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 c. rice, 1/2 pork chop, 1/2 cup apples (eating dinner leftovers!)
Snack: large apple, 7 mini rice cakes, coffee mixed with fat free hot choc.
Dinner: 2 pc ww bread, 1 tsp miracle whip, honey ham, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 serving baked lays, 1 cup lite beef barley soup, 1 lite yogurt
Snack:

Water: 64 oz!
Exercise: 20 ellip. trainer, 120 crunches

Comments/feelings: I shouldn't have eaten those leftovers for lunch.

Lunch: small portion leftover homemade lasagna w/ glass of diet pepsi
Snack: 15 pretzels, 1 orange
Dinner: making salmon in the skillet w/ EVOO, butternut squash, and green beans
Snack:

Water: 8 oz
Exercise: 30 day shred, 40 minutes walking on treadmill 4 mph

Comments/feelings: I'm up a pound. Got weighed in a the plasma place and it was 129 (I always take 3 lbs off for my clothing and shoes) so I actually weighed 126 naked....uggh!

Thoughts: I really hope Logan gets feeling better soon! It's been sooo hard with him not feeling well.

Dinner: 4oz Talapia, 1/2 brown rice, 1c baby carrots
Snack: 4 crepes with nuttella... eeeeeeek.. but they were delicious.

Water: Did totally horrible today.. maybe 3 cups.

Exercise: 30 day shred, 1.5 mile walk,

Comments/feelings: Feel good.. saw 147 on the scale today.. but after those 4 crepes.. who knows.. it's probably back to 149.. lol
