Ugh I just ate and it was gross! I need to go grocery shopping.. I ate what I had on hand.

I had a peanut butter/jelly sandwich, ww cheddar twists and a hostess 100 cal cake pack. I should have had some salad.

I had a piece of whole wheat meat lasagna and 2 mini peppermint patties. I meant to have a salad, but a plumber is coming soon, and I was trying to be quick. Maybe I'll have that for a snack.

i ate yogart and fruit. I can't think of anything to make, i am not hungry. My breakfast made me really full plus i had it later than usual.

I had Burget King... but.. I got the grilled chicken sandwich.. I ditched the bread, and only ate the chicken lettuce and tomato, no mayo... no fries.

I used the left over rice, chicken and veggies from last night, tossed it all together...added some soy sauce and some broccoli and called it lunch. It was YUMMY!

Today I had an Amy's Organics Spanakopita. It's spinach and feta in a whole wheat pocket...think "healthy hot pocket!" Also had a side of cottage cheese. Delish.
