Breakfast: 1 1/2 c quaker oats squares cereal w/ 1 c skim milk
Snack:n/a
Lunch: healthy choice beef whiskey w/ potatoes, string beans and corn
Snack: fruit w/ 1/2 c yogart (incl. banana & strawberries)
Dinner: black bean chili w/ ground turkey
Snack: skinny cow ice cream sandwich

Water: 60 going for 100 oz today or at least 90
Exercise: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes recumbant bike, 10 minutes strength

Breakfast: Orange juice and Fiber One Bar
Snack: V8 Splash and I don't know yet, on my way to get something while on my way to class
Lunch: Salad with lots of carrots and tomatoes, ff cheese and ff dressing
Snack: None, in lab so I couldn't eat
Dinner: Leftover sesame chicken and rice
Snack: burrito

Water: 96 ounces
Exercise: Walking around campus--3.66 miles

Comments/feelings: Today is my crazy day at school. Won't get home until late, but I have a couple of breaks between classes to get online. I feel rushed though and antsy. Maybe that will go away by the time I get home.

Dinner: chicken & rice, chicken voila, watermelon, salad


Water: 40 oz

Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill

Comments/feelings: Could've eaten (a lot) better...

Lunch: 1c brown rice, 1c green beans canned (eww), 2 egg whites
Snack: 4 pieces of chocolate (omg.. what is wrong with me and these chocolates )
Dinner: 1 small slice of pepperoni pizza
Snack: 1c Yoplait FF Blueberry yogurt

Water: 5 cups
Exercise: 2mile walk, 30day shred, Power90

Comments/feelings: I really need to get rid of these chocolates in the house.. they are just sabotaging me.. lol

Lunch: Asian salad (grilled chix, lettuce, fruit, whole grain croutons, cheese, Asian dressing), skim milk

Dinner: going to my grandma's for chix/noodles, corn, 2 biscuits, pc cake, lemonade, m. potatoes
Snack: 100 cal cake

Exercise: can't really yet

Exercise: Cleaning my whole house today. I'll be carrying baby via moby wrap at times too, so that will add a little weight to the task.

Comments/feelings: This is my first day! I'm excited, yet nervous. It will be good for me to held accountable for what I'm ingesting. I like the fact that I will have to own up to my food intake by putting it in here daily.

Snack: 7 mini rice cakes
Lunch: healthy choice manacotti, broccoli
Snack:
Dinner: scallops, ww pasta, squash, zuccini, mushrooms, onions, lemon juice, old bay seasoning
Snack: 1/2 c fat free choc icecream, 1 banana cooked with 1T sf syrup, ff cool whip...yummy dessert!

Water: 56oz
Exercise:

Comments/feelings: I've had a very stressful day today and I didn't binge on anything. that's an accomplishment for me!

Today is my b'day. But thankfully we are not celebrating it until Valentines day, after my Chevy's fiasco last Saturday I have very few flex points left this week and my points reset on Friday.

Breakfast: same ole same old - 2 slice pb toast, coffee 8 pts
Snack: none
Lunch: left over salad from last night and some fruit salad - 6 pts
Snack: oatmeal or some kind of oat cereal with nonfat milk - 4 pts
Dinner: pork stir fry and some fruit - 8 pts
Snack: skinny cow - 3 pts

Total: 29 pts, right on target. May use a few flexies for something... not sure what yet.

Water: I suck at water. I get probably 50 oz a day

Exercise: My turn to work out tonight. DH worked out last night so he puts the kids to bed tonight and I will do some time on the exercise bike.

Comments/feelings: Other than being totally depressed I'm 40 today, I'm doing great

Lunch: subway turkey on wheat 6"
Snack: celery, 2 chocolates!
Dinner: stuffed bps and cake....its my hubby's bday

Exercise: 30day shred and 4 miles on the bike!

Exercise: jogging, jumping jacks, crunches (bicycle), l;eg lifts, walked a mile, exercise dvd

Comments/feelings: I messed up w/ those donuts lol. THey were the mini ones!

Lunch: sandwhich made with 45 cal bread, turkey and 2% motzerella cheese
Snack: wheat thins with 1/2 slice 2% cheese
Dinner: Lean gourmet shrimp & veggies meal 3/4 cup red grapes
Snack: Probably nothing
Water: only 32 ounces of water. Had too much diet pop today.
Exercise: Didn't get much accomplished for excersize my daughter did not co-operate

Comments/feelings: Bummed becuase of my water and excersize but oh wel tomorrow is anoher day

Dinner: Will be having salmon with brussels and potatoes maybe.. not sure about the potatoes.. I might make a salad but I havent checked if my lettuce is still good

Water: today I've drank about 40 oz, def need to be doing better than that.
Exercise: brisk walk and house work.. not enough

Comments/feelings: Had a counseling appt today. We came up with some really good stuff to help me out! So I feel pretty alright. No binging today.
