Breakfast--2 slices 7 grain French Toast, with light syrup, 12 ounces V8 Splash juice

Water--16 ounces so far

Exercise--500 crunches (mixed varieties); Walking around campus

Thoughts/comments--I'm up and active this morning and feel so energized today. Loving this feeling.

Breakfast-- breakfast burrito - 1/4 c egg beaters, ff shredded cheddar, 1/2 tbsp sour cream, 1/4 c salsa. 1/4 banana & GFI SF vanilla capuccino
Snack-- natural applesauce
Lunch--healthy choice white chicken, red roasted pepper alfredo (with pasta and broccoli)
Snack--Popcorn trailmix (found in TBL Cookbook) quaker oats cereal, popcorn, semi sweet choc chips & craisins.
Dinner-- chicken breast, corn on cob, green beans, brown rice
Snack-- live active pudding

Water--50 so far

Exercise-- 45 minutes treadmill & 12 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes strength

Thoughts/comments-- i want to see 175 so badly! lol

Snack--salad with fat free french and a teaspoon bacon bits and skim milk
Dinner--apple jax ceareal with skim milk

Exercise--30 minutes walk and tone video

Thoughts/comments--feeling ok today

Breakfast--Kashi Pumpkin Spice granola bar and cup of coffee
Snack--Cliff bar
Lunch--Lean Pocket
Snack--dove dark choc. heart and raw almonds
Dinner--small piece of lasagna and broccoli florets
Snack--valentine's cupcake-( had to make treats for day care for valentines day) BAD MOMMY!

Water--80 oz

Exercise--8 laps at the mall, 15 reps biceps curls, 15 reps triceps dips ( 1 set each)- Just starting since my c-section

Thoughts/comments- I shouldn't have had that cupcake tonight. It broke my whole day of healthy eating! I will have a much better day tomorrow!!

Thoughts/comments-- Sick today. Don't feel like eating at all.

Breakfast--2 pcs whole wheat toast w/natural pb, pom/blueberry juice
Snack--skim cappucino
Lunch--mac/cheese with tuna and peas, yogurt, 2 mini peppermint patties
Snack--none
Dinner--bbq beef ribs, baked beans, baked sweet potato "fries", skim milk
Snack--cereal (Special K Choc. Delight) with skim milk, Fiber One bar

Water--I'll have to update the challenge tomorrow, but I'm up to 112 ounces so far (and I drink a lot while BFing at night)

Thoughts/comments-- I will try and do some WATP if my ab area doesn't hurt too bad from c-section still. It has hurt a bit the last few days.--was frustrated (see my post), so I exercised.

Breakfast-- special k protein cereal strawberry yogurt
Snack-- celery
Lunch-- grilled chicken lettuce wrap with tomatoes and light ranch
Snack-- yogurt raisins
Dinner-- sirloin, potatoes, carrots and peas (going to go LIGHT on the potatoes, maybe have a salad instead)
Snack--

Water-- 4 glasses so far.

Exercise--

Thoughts/comments-- Not feeling well today. My eldest is sick, I hope I'm not getting it now...that means the baby probably will UGH. Feeling really woozy so we'll see how much working out I get done.

Breakfast-- healthy request pea soup w/crackers, banana, skim milk
Snack: roasted/salted soy nuts, WW yogurt
Lunch-- salad, grapes, chicken voila
Snack-- 100 cal pack
Dinner-- pork roast, mashed potatoes, little bit of frosting from DS's cupcake


Water-- 50 oz so far

Exercise-- 30 minutes treadmill

Thoughts/comments-- Good news!! The chocolate cake is GONE!! And it wasn't me that finished it!!

Breakfast-- Curves fuit & nut crunch cereal w/ skim milk (not sure how much I ate stupid dh not measuirng it out LOL) But it was 1 bowl no seconds at least
Snack-- v8 juice
Lunch-- Sandwhich w/ 45 cal bread 2% motzerella cheese and turkey breast & an orange
Snack-- fruit maybe
Dinner-- Shrimp and vegitible lean gourmet meal, sald w/ 1 TBS ff western dressing, steamed vegetiables
Snack-- strawberry banana smoothie

Water-- 32 ounces so far
Exercise-- Jillian 30 day shred level 1

Thoughts/comments-- Feeling sluggish this morning but hopefully once I get up and moving that will pass and I'll feel energized again. I think its becuase my fruit and veggie intake hasn't been too good the last couple days. That always has an impact on how I feel.

Lunch--hc salbury steak, lite yogurt
Snack-- 2 ww crackers, 1 sq. chedder cheese
Dinner--1/2 serving salmon, 1/2 serving cod, roasted potato slices, broccoli- mushroom mixture
Snack-- special k bar,

Water--40....I suck at drinking water! =(

Breakfast-- 12 Frosted Mini wheats & skim milk & small glass OJ
Snack--
Lunch-- Chicken salad sandwich from Panara bread......Oh my.....I was craving it so I got one!!! And it's only 340 cals (and I didn't eat the crust to save calories lol)!!! Oh and I had my usual diet cherry pepsi
Snack--bowl of golden grahams (1 cup) and 1/2 cup milk
Dinner-- 1 small piece of ham pizza (pizza hut) & 1 glass skim milk (8 oz) I'm so proud I only had one! But I had the cereal like 2 hrs before dinner so I wouldn't be starving and eat too much!
Snack--

Water--8 oz

Exercise--30 day shred level 3 & 45 minutes walking 4 mph on the treadmill (10 minutes w/ 3 lb weights and 10 minutes at 5% incline)

Thoughts/comments--losing weight is harder now that I'm older......only 4 years ago I lost weight way easier.

Dinner-- meatloaf, savoury potatoes, some kind of veggie (haven't decided yet), milk, a small slice of butterscotch pie with whipped cream

Water-- I think I'm only at 2.

Exercise-- it's a rest day because I did 25 min. on my elliptical trainer last night!

Thoughts/comments-- I upped my calories today. Let's see if that shocks my metabolism! Not feeling too guilty about the fast food today. It wasn't greasy, unlike Taco Bell.
Anyway, work out went great! I'm a beast! I love Billy Blanks. You gotta give some to get some!
