my shoulders...they are Jillians doing! lol I have to admit. I know i've been slacking on doing the video. I just get burned out from doing over an hour at the gym, coming home cleaning and stuff and then wanting to do 30 day shred. I am dedicated on the weekends though and some days when i just need to do it, but man!
Anyways i am working my shoulders at the gym to keep it up. I love em! I just told DH about how i love my shoulders, and I am feeling the muscles in the back of my arms.
I have recommended 30 day shred to ppl at the gym too. I am taking Jillian with me to California. I still love Level 1 the most because it does my shoulders, my hips and my butt just what I need. Level 2 is harsh on my knees and hips and I have yet to finish level 3 (although I know i can). I hate the planks, so i am trying to get stronger, which I am but i'll stick with level 1 the most if i do it on a day i've worked out.
