As some of you know, I am in the process of switching my work out from evening to morning.. .So this morning, it worked! I had to drag myself around... but I did it! So I didn't do the usual amount of time, because honestly my body is going to have to adjust to waking and instantly working... all day long I keep on thinking, "argh and I still have to work out tonight..." but then I remember that I've already done it for the day and my evening is clear... so tomorrow I am going to get up again, maybe after a while I work back up to my regular time and intensity... I think it is just going to take some adjusting.

Should also note, I forgot to have my morning coffee... since I felt so awake from working out...
