hmm. So like two weeks ago I was 173, then popped up to 178, then 180, now today after like two gallons of water over three days, I am 176. It seems like since I started working out that I have gained weight. I don't think I am eating anymore that normal. I always eat more than I should I think LOL but that hasn't gone up in these two weeks. Maybe I should ask my husband and see if he agrees LOL. Any ideas? I know I haven't gotten much sleep and I retain water when I don't sleep well, thats why I have been drinking so much water lately. Surely I haven't gained that much muscle in just a week or two.. Any ideas? Its really getting me down! I know I should watch my body and clothes, not the scale, but its hard!
i normally excrete all my water by morning time unless i've eaten a lot of sodium (over 2400 mg per day). Usually at the start of exercise after a hiatus i will gain up to 5 lbs. Rest is also essential when it comes to losing weight. (i forgot why i'll have to look it up). It does seem that your weight is coming back down, i would keep a watch on it, it may continue to plummet from there. I am looking at your food log to see if there is anyting that could be triggering a gain. Sodium for me is one of those things.
what are you seeing that has too much sodium? I don't add salt to ANYTHING lol. I use a dash on meat and thats it!
It is coming back down....I guess I should look at that. And I am really over tired so I guess that is it. Its just frustrating so you want like a clear cut answer LOL ONE DAY my son will sleep
