I am looking for some quick exercises i can do throughout the day for my theighs,butt,stomach hips back adn arms hell allmost everything lol i know squats but i cant seem to ever do them right

if you have stairs you can walk up and down works your hams, glutes etc... or of you have something sturdy like an aerobic step you can go up and down and even get in some cardio by doing quick steps up and down.

get on all fours and kick your leg back, this works for your butt too. That works your glutes.

lay on your side and raise your top leg up (just like in elementary school). That's good for your hips.

I even take a soft beach ball and clench it between my knees and squeeze like you would with a thigh master, it does help work your thighs.

get a box and put some weights or something heavy in the box. Take your outside foot and scoot the box with your foot across a floor. Switch legs. This works your inner thigh.

Thanks i hav eno stairs but the others our good ideas ho wmany times should i do each thing you suugessted i am bad with this kind of stuff

i would say stqart with 1 rep of 12, if you can do 15 great, then up it to 20. Or you can do sets of 8, i'd start with 2 sets of eight. Either way you wanna do em.

Be careful with this one, but I do it...and it is also an activity with the kids. Lay on your back; put your knees up to make a triange with knee, heel and butt as the corners of the triange, have the older kids one at a time sit on your feet with their head leaning comfortably on your knees and lift each up and down 20 times per kid/turn

Take the baby (you happen to have three like me) hold the baby like you do when picking her up under armpits, support the body with your thumbs on her chest, then lay down on your back as you had done when doing the exercises above and lift him up and down like weights, JUST IN A PLAYFUL MODE; and your biceps and all that will feel it...may be like 25-30 lbs worth of weight; do them like 25 times etc

It's fun that I always do, and also exercise!

More are usually running after each of them around the island (my laundry room, downstairs bathroom are in a small island surrounded by hallway from the front passing by staircase, front door, kitchen, dining room, living room etc) We usually run around there till one kid gets tired, then I chase after the second one...FUN with the kids; and still exercise.
