Im not even going to fill put my food/exercise log for today lol! I have been binging left and right . I work @ a daycare and today and tomorrow are chalkfull of V-day parties. I had the most delicious chocalate cupcake w/ strawberry frosting on it today . i WILL WORK IT OFF IN A MINUTE THOUGH LOL. Tomorrow the director's ordering pizza... I must hve the willpower to either say no or eat maybe one small piece. Keep ur fingers crossed girls!
you can have a slice or two, try just one and maybe bring a salad. I am ordering pizza tomorow (i think) the Natural Pizza from Pizza Hut is pretty good and healthier according to dailyplate. I get mine with less cheese and less sauce.
ok guys, back with the results lol. I ate my fiber one for breakfast... 2 adn 1/2 slices of pizza @ lunch along w/ some carrot sticks and for dinner I had salad with some sauteed shrimp in it. All in all I think i did pretty well... Ok ok, you got me lol. I also had 1 debbie snack cake and a lollipop! But I swear that's all lol. On to exercise the lbs away lol.
