Feelings--so great that I think I need to go make a post about meeting my first mini-goal so I can get some pats on the back! LOL

Change-- ZERO/NOUGHT

Feelings--
I stepped on that scale more than 10 times hoping that at one point I would see 182.99 (a change! at least) but NADA! It was stubbornly on 183. Not surprised - I went out twice last week, ate pizza last nite for dinner, and have been completely pre-occupied with other things.

My skirt is a size 12, and my top is a size 8! I looooove this top and have missed it so much; I feel so sexy in it for some reason!

Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 204

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 202.8

Change-- 1.2 pounds

Feelings-- I'm surprised. I really lost focus this week. I watched what I ate, but did not track like I have been. I did get a new stroller so I have upped my walking. Let's hope the weather stays nice enough for me to walk more! I am hoping to walk a minimum of a mile a day.

Overall Goal / Results-- My first goal is 20 pounds lost by my boys first birthday- May 1st. Once I make that I will set another goal. Over half way there! If I keep up at this pace I will make my goal ahead of schedule!

Total lost = 11.8 pounds in 6 weeks.

How'd you do this week? well I am just starting so I am doing ok. great on my exercise, need to work on my food intake.

Last weeks weight / body fat %--197

This weeks weight / body fat %--189

Change--8 lbs. i am sure that weight came off like pamala said because it was water weight yet from having daisy only 4 weeks ago. i know the weight will start slowly coming off now and i'm sure i'll hit a plateau here really soon.

Feelings--happy that it's coming off, but frustrated about the eating. it's very hard for me to eat right. i have a horrible sweet tooth.

Overall Goal / Results-- i set mini goals. my first goal is to get to my pre-preg weight of 186. 3 more lbs to go. my next mini goal is 180.

Change-- 1.2lbs

Feelings-- Happy! I've been doing really well with my eating even though I'm sick and feel completely awful. AND I had AF this week!!! So I still lost some weight even though she was here!

Overall Goal / Results-- My first goal is to get to 200 and then after that my overall goal is to get down to 150lbs.

Feelings-- ok. Considering at the beginning of this week I had gone UP to 180, I feel like getting back down to last weeks is a good accomplishment. This week has been rough.

Overall Goal / Results-- I've lost 55lbs so far. Next mini goal is 160, overall goal is 150.

Change-- 1lb loss

Feelings-- I'm feeling okay. I haven't been tracking my food like I should.. but starting monday I will write down everything I eat. My last week of my Power90 workouts I want to go out with a bang.. and i'm hoping I can make my 145 mini goal. That means I need to lose 3lbs.. is that possible.. maybe not.. but I'm going to sure heck bust my butt to get there. Wish me luck.

Overall Goal / Results: My over-all goal is still 130 lbs... size 5. I start P90X in March so I'm hoping that workout will be enough to take me to my goal. Can't wait to get ripped!!!

Change--I'm 214 this morning and was 216 when we weighed in for BL on what Monday? So -2lbs!

Feelings--Great! Aside from kids having strep throat and me suspecting that it is going to hit me soon.

Overall Goal / Results--My over all goal is to reach 145lbs. My short term goal is to get out of "plus" size clothing.

Feelings--I am feeling content with that, even though I have been losing more other weeks, today AF started so I am retaining water, I always do a couple days before until the midde of AF, therefore not as much of a loss, but hey, I'll take a 2 pound loss, last month I gained 1.5 pounds on AF

Overall Goal / Results--Overall goal is 150-155

I think I'm going to wait to weigh in again until after my six week postpartum appt, which is March 4. I am frustrated with the scale, and I am going to have DH hide it for now. I am breastfeeding and can only walk for exercise now (like 1 mile), so I know it won't really be coming off soon anyway.

Good job on all the losses or maintains!

Looking forward to af leaving town to see where I am really at!

I have no been working out like I should, and I am only to blame for not TAKING the time... Quite honestly, I've been battling some of the blues lately, and it has been extremely mentally challenging. I want to learn how to keep up with my agenda despite where I am at mentally. My eating has been fair, not too bad not too much or too little. I have done some late night eating, and I ate out last night for valentines day...

Last week I weighed in on my old scale at 191. That scale turned out to be off by 10 pounds (we've checked repeatedly) so I adjusted the weight.



Last weeks weight / body fat %-- 201

This weeks weight / body fat %-- 198.8



Change-- -2.2

Feelings-- Thrilled to be under 200. (though it sucks because until I got the new scale I thought I was aiming for the 180's instead of the 190's.)

Overall Goal / Results--135ish
