While I work out I do this thing where if I think a negative thought I counteract it with a positive thought.
So while I was doing my thing tonight I thought "I can't do this tonight! This is too much!"
But you know what, I have some friends who are slender than me. I bet you anything that 3/4 of them could not keep up with me during my work out. They would get smoked after just 5 or 10 minutes.
That made me exercise twice as hard as usual.
So if you ever get discouraged, just remember, it's all about trying and giving it all you have! No one can take that away from you! Doing anything is always going to be better than doing nothing.
I was thinking that the other day myself. I've still got a long way to go, but I'm already amazed at the changes to my strength and endurance levels since I started eating right and exercising. And tonight....when I hopped up on the treadmill walked my way through an entire movie.......... WOW! I NEVER could have done that before. I just kept telling myself...just another tenth of a mile, just another tenth of a mile. They added up too! And that was after I had already done my other exercise for the day too!

That's AWESOME!! I need some of your dedication. I'm only doing 30 minutes a day, and I think I'd see results a lot faster if I'd put in a little more time. But with a 10 month old, it's not always easy. Last night he was next to me in his play pen throwing a fit for the last 3 minutes.
