Go to bed 30 minutes early so u can wake up 30 minutes earlier and do some working out. U get the same amount of sleep. Why do it this way you ask? People who make the effort to get up and work out in the morning are more likely to follow thru. Get it over with, get up and get that heart pumping.
Okay...so you're not a morning person. Maybe you like to be somewhat of a couch potato during prime time tv... Well get your booty up and do some cardio during the tv commercials....You get about 8 minutes per show. I mean it's only about 2 minutes per commercial. The magazine recommended the ropless jump rope thingy (i can look it up if you want, i just don't feel like looking for it now lol). I have an exercise trampoline and you can use that to jump on. Or if you don't care for gadgets...do it 30 day shred jillian style, get some butt kicks, jumping jacks, jump ropes and hey why not some mountian climbers. 30 seconds a piece and you're good.
NO excuses now huh ladies? muahahahahahaha lol (okay i am tired i need sleep)
