i need to get serious about losing weight if i want to lose weight
i just had my baby in nov. but i didn't realize i had put on soooo many lbs i need to lose at least 30 lbs
i'm going to start browsing thru this weightloss forum and do the weekly challenges, i think that should help me stay on track. i joined a gym so i'm going to try to go at least 3 times/week and other days work out at home.
