Breakfast--made it for DH...2.5 pcs bacon, cheesy scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, oj
Snack--skim capuccino, york peppermint patty, 2 pc choc (from DH)
Lunch--turkey sausage/corn casserole, steamed carrots, small peppermint patty
Snack--blueberries, yogurt, 1 pc choc, 1 pc whole wheat bread (have a headache, and thought food might help it), Fiber one bar
Dinner--red. fat chicken/veggie alfredo, skim milk
Snack--light ice cream
