Thoughts- Wondering if I am going to be able to work out today. I busted my but in the Walmart parking lot last night and my foot and ankle are really sore and my foot is a little bruised

Dinner-- 1 piece homemade pizza, 7-layer salad, coke
Snack-- little bit of popcorn

Exercise -- 40 min. weights/toning/pilates video

Breakfast--made it for DH...2.5 pcs bacon, cheesy scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, oj
Snack--skim capuccino, york peppermint patty, 2 pc choc (from DH)
Lunch--turkey sausage/corn casserole, steamed carrots, small peppermint patty
Snack--blueberries, yogurt, 1 pc choc, 1 pc whole wheat bread (have a headache, and thought food might help it), Fiber one bar
Dinner--red. fat chicken/veggie alfredo, skim milk
Snack--light ice cream

Water--working on 80 oz now

Exercise-clean

Feelings: Didn't do so hot today.

Breakfast-- Kellogg's Special K (2 cups)
Snack-- Yoplait Yogurt (6 oz) Almonds, raw, unsalted (7 pieces)
Lunch-- 100% Whole Wheat Bread (2 servings) Tuna, Canned (2.5 oz) Mayo Light (2 tbsp) Almonds, raw, unsalted (7 pieces)
Snack-- Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar
Dinner-- Chicken, boneless, skinless (4 oz), Broccoli cooked (1.5 cups), Yoplait Yogurt (6 oz)
Snack-- Kellogg's Special K (2 cups) Almonds, raw, unsalted (7 pieces) KFC chicken thigh (1 piece)

Water-- 8 glasses

Exercise- 30 minutes Tae Bo

Thoughts/Comments-- Kind of tired today. Had to take a nap before my work out. But great work out day! Lots of encouragement from my DH.
