Let's tell each other something we love about ourselves. I personally think the more we love ourselves the better we do on our weight loss journey. We have to remember what we love about ourselves even when we are heavy and then find out more along the way.
So spill the beans! It doesn't matter what it is, just let us know.
I love my generosity. I have the compassion for others and want to give give give all the time.
I have learned so much about myself in the last year of my weight loss journey. People can say it's easy to do this when you stay at home, but it's a challenge when you are without the love of your life and have 3 kids to manage. I have begun to show myself all that I AM able to do, when all my life I keep telling myself that I CAN'T do it (that was a learned process thru what was told to me).
hard question...I had a hard enough time yesterday thinking of one physical thing about myself that I really liked!
Anyway, I'd have to say it's my resilience. During a three year period, my mom, nana, step-dad and aunt died...I got divorced...had major money problems...had major teenager problems (My Jess was in a lot of trouble)...and I still generally stayed optimistic. I made it through all that with no serious depression.
I love my integrity and sense of pride... and i like my hands.. I have long fingers
