Mine:

Last Week

Try to at least do 1 exercise video daily. (I have to make sure I do the new ones I just bought!)
Keep up with school work and don't get behind!!!
Drink at least 96 ounces of water a day.

This Week

Try to do at least 3 exercise videos.
Keep up with school work and don't get behind!!!
Drink at least 96 ounces of water a day.
Finish flooring in living room.
Finish pressure washing the house.
Paint front walk and start painting the porch.

I haven't done this before so I have none from last week.

Goals for this week:
to exercise 4 times
do crunches 5 days
drink MORE water!
clean up my bedroom
help Emma do her SS project

Last week:
~Drink 96 ounces of water daily.
~Try to get in 2 days of walking this week depending on c-section incision pain.
~Do preschool with Aiden at least three days. --only really did one day

This week:
~Eat/drink at least five servings of fruits/veggies per day.
~Try for three days of exercise this week.
~Do preschool with Aiden at least three days.

Oops just realized I didn't do one for last week!

This week:
1.)exercise 1 hour each day
2.) Order my 30 day shred/ the step workout online
3.) complete all school work
4.) Drink 120 oz of water each day
5.) only 1 fast food dinner this week
6.) Eat a bowl of fiber one every morning
7.) Go walking on Monday
8.) gym on Thursday
9.) Clean hosue from top to bottom
10.)eat all servings of fruits/veggies
11.) lose 2 lbs at least
12. ) do 30ds level 1 6/7 days!

1. Take the boys outside at least 1-2 hours a day
2. keep up with the house
3. Finish touch up painting two bathrooms
4. Lose 2lbs
5. Drink 75 oz of water a day
6. do better on snacking.

LAST WEEK:
~ 6 days of the 30 day shred
~ 3 days of ab work
~ 3 days of strength training
~ BL Yoga DVD (at least once....haven't even looked at it yet)
~ 3 days of BL CardioMax

~Hopefully order my treadmill and laptop Two cheers instead of one because I actually just went and picked up the treadmill!
~Catch up on my mountain of laundry (if my tax return gets here....still need a dryer!) Part way done, but I didn't get a dryer until Friday.
~Clip the puppy's nails
~ bathe the bigger two dogs
~Give worm meds to all three dogs and both cats. (gave it another week so the puppy was older)

THIS WEEK:

~ 6 days of workout videos (at least one a day)
~ 6 days of treadmill time (at least 2.5 miles)
~ 3 days of ab work
~ 3 days of strength training
~ 102 ounces of water daily

OT GOALS:
~ Finish cleaning Mount Laundry
~ Organize kids room and set up TV/DVD player
~ bathe dogs
~ worm all cats/dogs
~ clip puppy's nails

I haven't done this before so I have none from last week.

Goals for this week:
gym for 30 minutes minimum every day
30 minutes of aerobics at home every day
20 minutes of strength training every day
5-10 minutes of light weight lifting every day
take my multi-vitamin every day
clean the bathroom spic&span this week
drink 90 oz water or more every day



I have decided to start out strong on the exercise to get into a routine. I will give myself a day off if I want one in week 3. I am also hoping that by keeping a routine, I can keep up my happy hormones to naturally combat my depression.

First time doing this, so here goes:

1. Don't binge this week.
2. Walk at the mall 3 times this week.
3. Keep up with the house.
4. Drink all of my water daily.
5. Plan out my daily meals and snacks.

Dont think I have done this before...here

This week:
1. Get used to my new treadmill with 30 minutes each night after I get home
2. Increase fiber/vegetables in my diet
