Ok.. so I have been gaining weight. Like .4 for the past two weeks! I haven't made any progress for a month. Little gains, little losses.
Anyway I talked to my leader Friday morning. I was borderline getting depressed over my gains. I have been eating NO MORE points than I am supposed to. Drinking between 96-125 oz of water a day.
Well when I broke my ankle I was down on it for 5 weeks. No weight bearing on that leg at all. There are a lot of heavy muscles in the leg so I lost a lot of muscle mass. In the month since I got off the air cast (boot) I've been steadily gaining back that muscle, plus a little more from working out.
Not to mention I've been working on new stuff on the stability ball. Crunches, the bridge and pushups. Those muscles never get a workout.
So my body is probably holding a lot of fluid for the purpose of repairing all the muscles that are being worked so hard and like I said my left leg gained all that muscle back.
SOOOO.. I'm actually up from what I was the WI for the BL contest. Which is disappointing because I want(ed) to do well but I can't quit working out.
Anyway I said that to tell you that I PROMISE I'm eating good foods, getting in my healthy guidelines and am not going over my points. My body just has to regulate itself back.
