Breakfast-- granola bar, 1/2 rice cake
Snack-- snack pack jello
Lunch--
Snack--
Dinner-- lasagna made w/ ww noodles
Snack--

Water-- so far 16 oz, trying to make it to 120 oz

Exercise-- about to get started now!Woo-hoo

Dinner-- chicken salad

Water--

Exercise-- we'll see, I think my ankle is officially sprained. I swear, everytime I get going good SOMETHING happens.

Breakfast-- ww bread w/natural pb, oj
Snack-- ww bread w/honey
Lunch--healthy ham with cheese on ww bread, roasted veggies, skim milk
Snack--fruit smoothie (strawberries, blueberries, banana, oj)
Dinner-- pork steak (grilled), red. fat veggie alfredo over ww pasta, skim milk
Snack--Fiber One bar

Water-- not doing so well today...working for 64 ounces

Exercise-- none...sick with a cold or something

al i ate today was a bowl of rice crispies this morning and had a few carrotts it was katies bday so i didnt eat i was too busy adn i even stayed away from the cake yay

Breakfast-- Kellogg's Special K (2 cups)
Snack-- Yoplait Yogurt (6 oz) Almonds, Raw, Unsalted (10 pieces)
Lunch-- 100% Whole Wheat Bread (2 servings) Tuna, Canned (2.5 oz) Mayo Light (2 tbsp) Iceburg lettuce (2 cup)
Kraft Fat Free Ranch salad dressing (2 tbsp)
Snack-- Protein Bar
Dinner-- Chicken Breast, Skinless, Boneless (2 oz)
Snack-- DQ Kit Kat Blizzard, Large

Water-- 8 glasses
Exercise-- 30 minutes Tae Bo

Thoughts/Feelings-- Tonight was supposed to be my off day for exercising. But DH talked me into a blizzard and the calories in that...wow...so yep, exercising tonight.
