How long do you stay on each level? What if you can't do a particular exercise ( for example, i can't do pushups because it is extremly hard on my knees and I don't wnat ot risk getting injured. I just tried it and could only do like 4 before it became unbearable) What can you do alternavely? I think that's all the ?s I had for now, I'm sure I'll have some more later lol
i think she set the program up to do each level 10 days, but really u move when u r ready, once level 1 is a piece of cake move to level 2 and so on and so forth. I have read some ppl stay on level 1 some people do both (when i google)
If you can't do a modified push up, perhaps u can do your push ups against a wall or on a very strong, sturdy table. You have to stand at a slat (i am sure u know what i mean).
