Breakfast--apple cinnamon cheerios/skim milk and 1 8oz glass of skim milk w/ 1 TBS soy protein
Lunch--lean cuisine parmesan crusted fish & diet pepsi
Snack--grapes, 1/2 a banana, and 15 pretzels
Dinner--homemade chili and 2 fat free tortillas & a glass of skim milk
Exercise/thoughts-30 day shred & Jillian's No More trouble zones (55 miniutes)...I'm thinking about getting on the treadmill now....I did a quick 1/2 hr pick up, still need to sweep, got a load of laundry in the wash, made dinner (chili in crockpot)....Josh is asleep and the older 3 are at school add 30 minutes on the treadmill!

Breakfast-- 1/4 c egg beaters with 1 tbsp gr. onions, 1 tbsp ricotta cheese, 4 strawberries, 1 slice arnolds multigrain bread w/ icbinb spread. 6 oz Tropicana OJ
Lunch-- 4oz top sirloin beef w/ a little over 1 c broccoli, 6 oz skim milk
Snack-- fiber one oats and chocolate
Dinner-- grilled chicken salad with feta cheese, craisins, sunflower kernels & light italian balsamic
Snack-- sf raspberry goji jello
Is this from yesterday or today? Was posted today with yesterday's date and I have been scrolling up and down to find one for today; but will assume.
Breakfast-- 2 slices of whole wheat bread, tea
Snack-- yoplait banana strawberry low fat creamy yoghurt
Lunch-- baby carrots and sesame salmon
Snack-- hot chocolate
Dinner--cabbage, green peas, and two pieces (1oz or less) of ligagna
Snack-- UNFORTUNATELY I ate desert!!! (consoled myself it was before 7PM and had a slice of cheese cake!)
Water--lost count but more than 48oz (I use a 48oz bottle and when I do not finish two or three, all I am sure is what I took already)
Exercise - Planing on a 30 minutes walk on treadmill; curls, sit ups

Breakfast-- Weight Control Banana Nut Bread oatmeal
Lunch-- Salad with carrots, radish, steak (left over from dinner last night) mushroom, red and green pepper, onion and cucumber. Lite Ranch Dressing
Snack-- 16 Wheat Thins
Dinner-- Turkey Tater Tot Casserole - 8 ww points
Water-- 1 16oz so far. I have three I will drink before I leave work
Exercise- Plan on doing the level one 30 day shred to see what it's about.

Lunch--lc fettucini alfredo, 1/2 chicken breast, mushrooms, tomatos, carrots, broccoli
Snack--special k bar, coffee (I Know...too much coffee but it tastes so good with the chocatey special k bar! LOL)
Exercise- trying to make it to the gym today but Miles is still crying the whole time I leave him in the nursery and that makes it so stressful!
