Thoughts/Comments--I will do good today. I have made out a meal plan for the week and I'm feeling positive that I will stick to it.

Breakfast--apple cinnamon cheerios/skim milk and 1 8oz glass of skim milk w/ 1 TBS soy protein
Snack--
Lunch--lean cuisine parmesan crusted fish & diet pepsi
Snack--grapes, 1/2 a banana, and 15 pretzels
Dinner--homemade chili and 2 fat free tortillas & a glass of skim milk
Snack--

Water---20 oz

Exercise/thoughts-30 day shred & Jillian's No More trouble zones (55 miniutes)...I'm thinking about getting on the treadmill now....I did a quick 1/2 hr pick up, still need to sweep, got a load of laundry in the wash, made dinner (chili in crockpot)....Josh is asleep and the older 3 are at school add 30 minutes on the treadmill!

Breakfast-- 1/4 c egg beaters with 1 tbsp gr. onions, 1 tbsp ricotta cheese, 4 strawberries, 1 slice arnolds multigrain bread w/ icbinb spread. 6 oz Tropicana OJ
Snack--
Lunch-- 4oz top sirloin beef w/ a little over 1 c broccoli, 6 oz skim milk
Snack-- fiber one oats and chocolate
Dinner-- grilled chicken salad with feta cheese, craisins, sunflower kernels & light italian balsamic
Snack-- sf raspberry goji jello

Water-- over 20 oz so far

Snack-- rice ake w/ pb (reduced fat)
Lunch-- low carb whopper ( meat, lettuce, tomatoe, pickles, ketchup, mustard, no mayo)
Snack--none
Dinner-- lean cuisine chicken alfredoa nd broccoli
Snack-- rice cake

Water--

Exercise- 30 day shred level 1, jogging, arm lifts

Thoughts/comments: I must lose weight this week! Staying at 201 is not an option!

Is this from yesterday or today? Was posted today with yesterday's date and I have been scrolling up and down to find one for today; but will assume.
Breakfast-- 2 slices of whole wheat bread, tea
Snack-- yoplait banana strawberry low fat creamy yoghurt
Lunch-- baby carrots and sesame salmon
Snack-- hot chocolate
Dinner--cabbage, green peas, and two pieces (1oz or less) of ligagna
Snack-- UNFORTUNATELY I ate desert!!! (consoled myself it was before 7PM and had a slice of cheese cake!)

Water--lost count but more than 48oz (I use a 48oz bottle and when I do not finish two or three, all I am sure is what I took already)

Exercise - Planing on a 30 minutes walk on treadmill; curls, sit ups

Breakfast-- Weight Control Banana Nut Bread oatmeal
Snack-- Apple
Lunch-- Salad with carrots, radish, steak (left over from dinner last night) mushroom, red and green pepper, onion and cucumber. Lite Ranch Dressing
Snack-- 16 Wheat Thins
Dinner-- Turkey Tater Tot Casserole - 8 ww points
Snack-- ??

Water-- 1 16oz so far. I have three I will drink before I leave work

Exercise- Plan on doing the level one 30 day shred to see what it's about.

Lunch-- left over dinner from last night and a piece of fruit 6 pts
Snack-- shredded wheat with 1/2 cup skim milk , apple 5 pts
Dinner-- turkey sausage ziti with a garden salad 6 pts
Snack-- ww ice cream cup , 1/2 a banana 3 pts

total pts = 28 pts

I was looking at this and the date is wrong so i missede it all day lol it sthe 16th


Breakfast-- nutrigrain bar and orange juice
Snack-- none
Lunch-- 1 peice of pepporoni piza from pizza hut and cup of skim milk
Snack-- none
Dinner-- nothing
Snack--nothing

lots of Orange juice i was really sick and couldng get off teh couch after about 1:00pm

Exercise- trying to make it to the gym today but Miles is still crying the whole time I leave him in the nursery and that makes it so stressful!
