We all hate push ups, but they are so good for us. This week's challenge will consist of us doing 35 full form regular push ups. Now now now....don't start cursing me out yet! You have 7 days to fulfill this task....here's how we'll succeed...

examples

- if you can do 35 push ups (full form) and then you're done

- do 5 a day for 7 days

- you may do some one day, some another, skip days as long as you get your 35 in for the week

- you can do 1 full form push up randomly throughout the day. I may decide to do one now, then a couple hours from now decide to do another, and then later do another, so on and so forth. Try to do that at least 5 times (if you only do one) each day and you'll hit your mark.

you get the picture right? NO modified. If you can only do one push up, that's fine, you can do that same 1 push up several times throughout your day. NO excuses. Now if you've had some shoulder problems or something then we understand. I think this is something we can all do.

that is just so cool. I did 6 so far today YIPPEEE lol

I get winded when i do them, not so much that my arms can't handle it. Which is weird cause my body is much stronger. Or maybe it's lack of chest muscle...

I dropped the ball last week too - I will try to get mine done tonight - I know I won't be able to do them all together like Ana did - WTG! I will have to wait till my two year old is in bed or he will be thinking it's time to play

you don't have to do another set, but if you feel you wanna do it just to challenge yourself, i say go for it!

that goes for the rest of us. If you feel like you can do more...challenge and surprise yourself, you have nothing to lose but some weight! lol

umm.. considering I did about 154 push ups total (including 30day shred & P90) I think i'm good on pushups for the day.. even if I tried to do some more.. i'd probably fall flat on my face. I'm waiting to this afternoon to do my last day of Shred cuz my arms feel like lead pipes

I think i am going to push myself to do 10 a day even beyond my 35 for the week. I just want to do darn push ups lol

We don't HAVE to take a video of it, right? I don't think I'd even be able to try if I had to post a video!! I'm gonna work on this one...but my goodness...I don't know how well I'll do...don't know until you try though!
