I mean, i've dieted before but not in 3 years and I forgot how hard it was the first few days. Granted this is only the first day, but I need to know by Friday I will be doing much better than I am now.
Mainly because we're celebrating Valentines late and I don't want to make a "mistake" being it is so tempting and I'm having a hard time...
I have already told myself we won't be having dessert and maybe an appitizer of Shrimp cocktail (not fried) won't hurt.....
lite on the bread...
and half the steak!

It takes 3 days of following a plan to start to feel "right". You will feel better by friday. My first day on plan, be it my very first day or my first day after a slip up or planned vacation I always feel like I could eat my own arm by the end of the day. But the next day is better and truly by the 3rd day it doesn't seem like a big deal at all.
