I do a bowl of cereal for snack because it helps me get in some milk (something I don't really like but know I need) and there is such a wide variety of cereals to choose from I don't get bored. I do stick to ones with some fiber in them though or else I get too hungry too quickly.
Then after dinner I have a dessert type snack of a skinny cow. But eventually I will have to cut that out as my pts drop.
yogurt, popcorn, pretzels, fruit, peanuts, string cheese, wheat thing, popsicles (only occasionally) pudding, applesauce, carrots, granola bars, and I have a bag of hershey kisses that I allow myself 1 or 2 of a couple times a week. OH, and lite fudgesicles!
