Breakfast-- homemade egg florentine - baby spinach, 1tbsp lf ricotta, 1 egg, WW english muffin, 1 tsp ICBINB spread & 1 svg Natural Apple Sauce
Snack--fiber 1 bar w/ 1c skim
Lunch-- honey mustard curry chicken (home made) with bell pepper medley and brown rice, 1 c skim
Snack-- (need some new fruit didn't realize i was out)
Dinner-- pan seared tilapia cooked with pure sesame oil w/ sauteed baby spinach & low sodium canned corn (rinsed) and sprayed ICBINB
Snack-- 1/2 bag smart pop kettle corn
Breakfast-- the usual but now with whole wheat bread so it is .5 less pts pb toast with coffee 7.5 pts
Lunch-- left over turkey sausage baked zit, banana 6 pts
Snack-- cereal with nonfat milk 4 pts
Dinner-- balsmic chicken with grilled peppers and onions, rice pilaf, broccoli 9 pts
Snack-- skinny cow or ww ice cream cup (2 or 3 pts depending on what I choose) 3 pts
Total: 29.5 pts, 5 servings fruit and veggies woo hoo!
Water-- 32 oz
Exercise- not tonight, did 40 mins on exercise bike last night
Thoughts or comments-- retaining fluid due to ovulation. I hate this. Even though I know it happens it always discourages me. I really have to give up the Coke Zero. It has no nutritional value, in fact there is nothing good about it.
Breakfast--12 frosted mini wheats biscuits & skim milk, tiny glass of OJ
Lunch--lean cuisine lasagna & meat sauce (disappointed...I love lasagna and it wasn't very tasty!) I had 4 bites of my sons mac & cheese so I didn't eat all the lasagna.
Snack--NONE!!! whoohooo!!! I was too busy working out/cleaning/and catching up on here to eat!
Dinner--I'm planning on making salmon (fish sticks for the kids), asparagus, and squash!
Snack--M&m's ~ 15
Water--about 18 OZ
Exercise-I plan on doing 30 day shred and then my other Jillian workout DVD Banish Fat boost metabolism.......HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!
Thoughts or comments--I was down 1 lb today when I was weighed in at the plasma center!!!! I hope it stays gone!!! So far I only have 751 calories for today....crap. wth.

Breakfast-- special k bar, lite yogurt, coffee
Snack--special k cereal w milk
Lunch--campbells lite chicken tortilla soup, veggie soft taco (homemade..no cheese, no sour cream)
Snack--special k bar
Dinner--ww salsbury steak w/ mac and cheese
Snack-- special k cereal w milk
1/2 chocolate bar...just because I really Suck today!
Exercise-20 min ellip. trainer, 90 crunches, freeweights
Thoughts or comments...I am on some weird cereal binge today! 2 bowls and 2 bars....jeeze, what is up with me today!?

Lunch--grilled cheese on white bread, lima beans, small pepsi
Snack-- 1 popeyes chicken wing
Dinner-- caesar side salad w/ light dressing

Exercise- 30 day shred level 1, jogging, crunches
Thoughts or comments-- I'm so ready to get started on this 30 ds worout group! I hope I lose my 2 lbs! 4 more days to do it!
Breakfast-- 1 cp raison bran with 1/2cp 1% milk with a medium sized orange
Lunch-- 20 raw almonds with a source yogurt
Snack-- cup of coffee with cream and a little sugar
Dinner-- 4-5 oz piece of baked salmon a cup of brussell sprouts and half-3/4 cup of basmati white rice
Snack-- stick of celery and four triscuts
Water-- at 60 oz still quite a few hours left in the day
Exercise- cleaned the house TOP TO BOTTOM scrubbed the bathroom and mopped all the floors
Thoughts or comments-- counseling is really working for me. The tools she gave me are REALLY working so far. I know I just have my foot in the door but I've lost 7 pounds and only ate bad ONCE this week. It feels so good to have control and confidence in myself that I once and for all can finally get healthy and beautiful for my children and myself.

Snack-- handful of goldfish crackers

Exercise- 30 min. dance video
Thoughts or comments-- I have been really discouraged lately and haven't been posting my food. I didn't eat any veggies today and I didn't realize it until I wrote all this down here. So I might make a salad as a night snack but other than that, I don't want to eat anything this evening. I have to stop this terrible addiction to night snacks. I am back up a couple pounds because of it and knowing how hard I have to try to make the pounds come off right now, I don't want to gain anything. Sorry this got a little long.
