Okay let's try something new. Maybe get some movement on this board and keep you gals interested.
Pick 2 minutes out of the day (2 consecutive minutes) and get in some quick cardio bursts. Like i've mentioned in another post you can break it up into 4 separate 30 second movements such as jumping jacks, jump ropes, mountain climbers and butt kicks. You may feel free to just do one movement. Get a hula hoop if you have one, do some sumo squats, dance to a song...DO something!
It may get you off your feet for a full cardio session and then your exercise will be out of the way!
I just finished my gruesome 50+minute P90 workout.. but I gave you 2 more minutes on my wiiFit Pamala.. I did Hula for 2mins .. no less, no more.. I am beat.. gonna hit the showers and off to bed. thx for the little challenge.
