Problem #1 - My DD wanted to read with me...or me to "dance" with her (meaning me hold her and twirl around and dip).
Problem #2 - Richard Simmons isn't much for telling you when he changes his routine. I get to groving to one thing and he's off on something totally different without a peep!
How do you exersize with the kiddos?? it was hard doing it with Addy because she wants my time so bad.
I cant' say I enjoyed those...after not exercising so much the past few...it expected to be sore....no nothing.
It wasn't what I'm use to and really a little disappointing.
That being said...I did sweat a little...and was embarrased at how my body flabbed all over the place.
Thanks Jessica (dettmer26) for my wonderful siggy!
At a year and a half she still naps right? and if she doesn't I suggest you work on that first. During her nap is when you'll be able to get your work out in. I personally don't like dance type workouts, I concentrate too much on getting the moves right than working up a good sweat so I avoid them and stick to workout videos that just have regular exercises.
If your daughter doesnt' nap then I suggest waking up an hour before she gets up in the morning.. and if that doesnt' work, then when she goes to bed at night, that's your time to workout.
I wait until my kids are in bed, then I exercise. I put my DH on baby watch just in case one of them wakes up and needs something.
When we move here in a few weeks, I think I may switch to doing my exercise mid day. I'll pop in a movie for Kade, make sure Xavier is fed and secured in his pack'n'play, and then use that time to exercise.
I work full time so I wait till I put the kids to bed at night also - of course that means not getting done till 10PM some nights. There's just no way I can do it with my two year old wanting to "try it" too.
