burn many calories. I tried it last night with my HRM. Nope, just doesn't do it. I didn't think it did but I was curious. The step program did nothing for my heart rate. The jogging a little, but hula hoop actually did the most. I don't have the boxing unlocked so maybe that would do some too.
But the rest, nope. but it is fun to do the balance games.
When i was doing the WiiFit, I was doing it as a supplement to my regular P90 workout... right after i'd finished my P90 while my heart rate was up, i'd step on the wii and do the 10min hula, the advanced step, and finish with a 20min run. I got a heck of a good workout.
