I'm right there with ya....I'm planning on running my first 5K this spring (april). I'm actually going to take some time off from my treadmill and work on building strength & my cardio endurance w/ Jillians new DVDs. (which are killer). On friday I did run a full 30 minutes at 5 mph (my first time running that long too!) I hope that building strength and my endurance will help me!
