A little backstory, a couple of days ago I noticed ds had put paper towles down the toilet and flushed them so i thought it would be clogged. I flushed to test, it went down. I thought all was well and good in the world lol.

Flashforward to last night: I use the bathroom, *Flash Flood!* I clean up the mess and me being the daddy's girl that I am (even @ age 21 lol), call my dad instead of the landlord (who charged me $40 the last time ) to come fix it . BIG MISTAKE! He jsut cmae over and plunged the toilet and then flushed, needless to say, my bathroom now looks like the great flood of Noah's Ark! I don't know how I'm gonna clean that up! Anyway, he says your system is backed up I said no, DS put paper towels in there. I say I'm going to call the landlord tomorrow, we say goodbye... he comes back in 5 minutes later ...He's been talking to the HOT, SEXY upstairs neighbor and even went as far as to ask him to flush his toilet to see what will happen ) I seriously felt like crawling under a rock when I found out! He plunged it again and voila it works! So I guess omething good did come out of...but next time I'll keep the plumbing issues to myslef and ds far far away from the toilet!

oh my son is the same with the toilet.. but thank god he hasn't thrown anything in it yet.. he just flushes its over and over again... he's even flushed it when my 3yr was on it.. and the way the euro toilets are.. you are bound to get water on your tush if you flush while you are on it... so gross.. but my 3yr old freaks out when she feels that cold water on her tush..

we had the same thing (kinda) happen at our house when Eli was 3....he clogged the toilet didn't tell anyone it kept running and overflowing....I was in the kitchen (bathroom is above kitchen) and heard water dripping....and then part of the ceiling fell in!!! here is a picture...and it's still not fixed 4 years later (wtg hubby) he says he needs to retile before he can fix the ceiling otherwise this will just happen again....

Oh no, I'm glad you got it fixed. I would've been embarrassed too.

Oh no!
Well at least it flushes now but I'm not sure I would be able to talk to the neighbor guy!

My son is also obsessed with toilets. He hasn't thrown anything in there, yet.
