Okay so i must have been retaining fluid like i said cause the weight is falling off again.
177.4. Each morning i've been a lb lighter and i've been doing my 30 day shred. I will go back to the gym tomorrow. I gotta stay focused cause there is no way i wanna gain anything back, especially over the weekend.

I do feel great, just a little apprehensive, i don't have a good streak when DH comes to visit from out of the country. When my weight first started ballooning back in 2004, i gained 10 lbs when DH was home, and then slowly gained months beyond. This fall when DH came home I gained 10 lbs again (i know what i did each time though) DH says it will NOT happen again and has even threatened to not let me have one splurge lol (he's wrong i will eat my In and Out lol) I know i won't gain it back, but a part of me still worries.
This is the true test and if i pass it, I know nothing will stop me again!
I've been doing pretty good on the sodium the last couple days and so far what i planned for today i am doing well (i preplan most of the time on daily plate to see what i can omit or what i need to add)
Yesterday i think i stayed around 1800 mg which usually i am right at 2400 and weekends i end up in the 3000 range (that's where trouble hits)
I am gonna have to find a before picture and see if i can wear the same outfit to see if you all can tell lol
